NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top biotechnology companies are down at noon: Amgen fell $.65 or 1.1 percent, to $59.81. Biogen Idec fell $1.15 or 2.2 percent, to $50.26. Celgene fell $.18 or .3 percent, to $54.93. Gilead Sciences fell $.38 or .8 percent, to $46.10.
